Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, configure email filters, create auto-response messages and shield your mailboxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailboxes against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming messages based on specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox you want to forward messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
